6. In the event of featured artist cancellation or force majeure, the promoter will endeavor to provide a similar act as a substitute (a Substitute Act).
7. In the event of non-appearance by the featured artist or a substitute act, a full refund will be made on tickets sold.
8. The promoter is not liable for any form of consequential loss in the event of a cancellation.
9. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any member of the public who is intoxicated or causing nuisance or behaviour likely to result in a breach of the peace.
