Be Safe, Be Seen with Slindon College
With the onset of darker nights, Spirit FM has teamed up with Slindon College and local schools to launch our Be Safe Be Seen campaign to keep local children safe this winter.
We have printed thousands of FREE reflective stickers for your children to stick on their coats, bags and bikes to increase visibility when walking to and from school and out and about in the winter months.

Getting hold of a sticker couldn’t be easier, we’re sending them to local schools, handing them out at events and you can also obtain them from our reception (during office hours) at Duke’s Court or request one below and we will post them out to you.
Slindon College is acknowledged as a Centre of Excellence for boys aged 10-18, requiring learning support in a variety of areas (dyslexia, dyspraxia, AD(H)D, mild ASD, school refusers etc). With numbers maintained at around 100 boys, classes contain no more than 12 pupils. Most classes enjoy the benefit of a Learning Support Assistant in addition to the subject specialist. The staff:pupil ratio is also high and there is great emphasis on supporting individual needs.
While being a specialist independent school delivering all the usual academic subjects, boys are also able to pursue practical, “hands-on” subjects, to examination level. These include food technology, photography, graphics, textiles and horticulture. Those who would not thrive in the hurly-burly environment of a bigger school, will flourish in the small, caring, highly supportive community of Slindon College. A wide and varied extra-curricular programme encourages the pursuit of music, outdoor activities and sport.
