The Grand Finale of the very first Spirit FM Local Hero Awards took place on Friday 14th September at The Hilton Avisford Park Hotel near Walberton. The gala evening saw ten, previously unsung, Local Heroes - nominated by Spirit FM listeners - receive their awards for being fantastic children, parents, teachers or neighbours, or for outstanding service to the West Sussex community
