A group of residents in Bognor Regis claim to be unhappy about regeneration plans for the town.
They reckon the district council isn't listening about plans for a new cinema complex, bowling alley and a block of flats.
Developers St Modwen are working on an application, the final details of which, won't be known until late spring or early summer.
Jason Passingham - a resident - is the founder of the Bognor Regis Forum, which is co-ordinating feedback on a Facebook page. He feels too many questions remain unanswered by the current consultation:
"We don't know the number of flats, are they planning to close the seafront road off, are they going to take to bowling greens out, are they going to build on the sunken garden?
"All this information that the town centre wants to know, we're not being told."

But Councillor Norman Dingemans - who heads up regeneration in Arun - insists people are being consulted:
"Bognor Regis is actually moving when a lot of seaside towns are falling back. If we get those two sites moving and we get the public in agreement with what we're going to do there, the next four or five years will be a very exciting time for Bognor Regis."
