Spirit FM’s Local Link is where you can promote your charity or not-for-profit organisation. We run features on-air and give people across West Sussex the chance to find out about your cause. We're giving local community groups and charities a voice.
The Local Link gives local charities and community groups the chance to have a new voice in West Sussex FREE OF CHARGE.
The Local Link is only open to registered charities and not for profit groups that are of genuine benefit to the community. Commercial organisations will not be eligible unless they can demonstrate a real benefit to a charity or the community.
IF YOU ARE PROMOTING AN EVENT - you need to add your details to The What’s On - our online listing service. It's FREE and your event will normally appear online within 24 hours during working days. Click here to tell us about your event.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS, MEMBERS, GENERAL AWARENESS ETC - please complete this form. We will then try to include you online and on air and may invite you to our studios to record a short piece about your organisation and your requirements. Click here to contact us.
This is particularly useful for charities and community groups who offer ongoing help, advice or services or are in constant need of help/donations etc. Get involved and we will get you on air!
Our Nearly New Sales are run entirely by volunteers. We need some extra helpers for our sale on 11th February 2017. You do not have to be a NCT member to volunteer, and helpers benefit in many ways:
• Buy before the public - access to preview and buy sale goods before we open to the public (when you help on the morning of the sale)
• Sellers pay reduced commission – help at 2 sessions and you’ll pay 5% less commission than other sellers
• Be part of a friendly team - we always look forward to welcoming new parents to the sales

Bognor Regis Zen Judo Club.
We practice Judo in a nurturing non-competitive environment. There is a syllabus of throws to learn, designed to ensure no-one gets hurt or is pushed to do anything they don't feel comfortable with and we like to have a fun family atmosphere.
We aim to build ability and confidence, each individual progressing at their own speed, with an emphasis on relaxed co-operation.
Judo, which means 'Gentle Way', should be about technique rather than strength, yielding to use the strength used against you, and that is what we try to learn.
The Zen Judo syllabus is based upon traditional martial arts training where the focus is on mastering technique rather than focusing upon competition.
Time: Sessions are held weekly on Monday Evenings,
All grades (Mixed 7+ to Adult) 7:00 to 9:00pm (19:00 - 21:00hrs).
