One lane closed and slow traffic due to broken down lorry on A27 Chichester By-Pass Eastbound between B2144 Oving Road (Oving Traffic Lights) and A285 Portfield Way (Portfield Roundabout). Lane one of two is closed whilst a lorry has its tyre changed. Traffic is looking a bit slow past the scene.
